Hi all,

We just got a new aquarium and made sure the salt and other levels were good for a few weeks and then started off with a cleaner kit and two clown fish, one of our clown fish has a whitish (pink underneath) bump left behind it's eye and it looks like another slight one is starting to develop.

It's swimming fine, eating right, interacts well with the other clownfish and does not show any other signs.

Any idea what it could be? I know nothing about fish disease and I'd like to keep the tank healthy.  Help!

Thanks,
Edith

Honestly, I am not too sure either.  I would recommend taking the fish out of the tank and placing him in a hospital tank and treat him with copper sulfate.  That should kill any parasite or bacterial infection.  Good luck!
